My conversion failed — what should I do?
Try a different browser (Chrome or Edge work best). Make sure your file is a valid JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF. If the problem persists, email us with the file type and approximate size.
Can you add support for TIFF / BMP / HEIC?
We're working on expanding format support. Email us with your request and we'll prioritize based on demand.
Can I use PurePDF commercially?
Yes. PurePDF is free for personal and commercial use with no restrictions.
Is there an API?
Not currently. Since all conversion happens in the browser, there is no server-side API. Email us if this is important to you.
