By accessing or using PurePDF ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PurePDF is a free, browser-based tool that converts image files (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF) to PDF format. All processing occurs locally in your browser. We do not store, process, or transmit your files on any server.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PurePDF only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to:

  • Convert or distribute images you do not have rights to
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated tools to excessively access the Service

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all images and PDF files you create using PurePDF. We claim no rights over your content. The PurePDF software, design, and trademarks are owned by us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

PurePDF is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce output suitable for any particular purpose. Use at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurePDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or files.

7. Privacy

Use of PurePDF is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.
